Jiwan Jyoti Model School successfully organized Sports Week 2081, a week-long celebration of athleticism, teamwork, and school spirit. The event aimed to promote physical fitness, discipline, and camaraderie among students of all grades.
The opening ceremony featured a grand march-past, lighting of the sports torch, and a welcome speech by the Principal. Various inter-house competitions were held, including:
- Football (Boys & Girls)
- Volleyball
- Athletics (100m, 200m, relay race, long jump)
- Tug of War
- Chess and Table Tennis
- Traditional Games (Musical Chairs, Sack Race)
Each day was filled with energy and excitement as students competed for their house and demonstrated great sportsmanship. Teachers also took part in friendly matches with students, adding fun and bonding to the event.
The closing ceremony included a medal distribution, cultural performances, and the declaration of the Best Athlete of the Year. Trophies were awarded to the winning house, and special recognition was given to fair play and discipline.
The event was a huge success and reinforced the importance of balancing academics with physical and mental wellness.
